Harp Legacy is located in the Johnson City, Tn area and they do an excellent job with many years experience in the concrete business. I believe that they do all different types of concrete work. I'm a Realtor in this area and Harp Legacy poured the concrete foundation for a home I recently sold. It was definitely quality work.
